2023 Pick-up Times, Dates & Location

2023 tree and flower pick-up dates are scheduled for:

Thursday, May 4th from 2:00pm - 6:00pm

Friday, May 5th from 8:00am - 6:00pm

Saturday, May 6th from 8:00am - 10:00am

The pick-up site will be different this year. The pick-up site is at North Star Self-Storage located at 178 Waterplant Dr. SW Bagley MN 56621. It is on the south side of Highway 2 and across from the Co-Op and grain elevator in Bagley. We will have signs directing you from the main road.

2023 Tree Pick-up Information

We love our streamline pick-up process!

We are asking you to please stay in your vehicle when you arrive as we are trying to streamline pick-up as much as possible. State the name on your order form to the employee there and we will grab your trees for you. We will then place your trees in your truck bed or trunk. Please pull forward if you would like to adjust your trees.

Please note the following:

  • We highly recommend you do not wait past the pick-up dates to get your plants. The self-storage units do not have any form of cooling like the DNR shed did in previous years. This means that if the weather warms up, so will the storage units. The warmer your trees get, the lower the chance of survival they may have.
  • Stay in your vehicle. Employees will load your trees for you.
  • Follow any instructions on the signs.
  • Depending on your purchase you may receive large boxes or simple bags filled with your trees (Example: You can hold 25 Crabapples in one hand, but it's possible that 25 Pine transplants could take up most of a small backseat). Make sure your cargo area has enough room. Line your trunk with a tarp if you do not want spillage. Trailers are not needed.
  • Bring your checkbook. Employees will not be able to make change at this location nor do we take credit cards. If you plan on making additional purchases or have not paid for your order we recommend exact cash or checks.
  • If you absolutely cannot pick up your trees/flowers during the scheduled pick-up dates please call our office. Any pick ups after the pick-up dates are by appointment only.
  • All pick-up dates may be subject to change. We will notify you if any changes occur.
  • Check our Facebook for extra tree sales. We do not know what or if we will have any extra trees until May 4th. We will be posting any extra trees to our Facebook page:  https://www.facebook.com/ClearwaterSWCDMN

We thank you for your understanding and patience!

If you have any further questions, please call our office.
