How To Pick Up Your Trees

We will be doing our Tree Pick-up the same way as in previous years

We are asking you to please stay in your vehicle when you arrive as we are trying to streamline pick-up as much as possible. When entering the DNR Forestry property please keep to your right (see photo). Pull up and stop alongside the white storage building. If possible, try to pull up near the side door so we can easily see you. State the name on your order form to the employee there and we will grab your trees for you. We will then place your trees in your truck bed or trunk. Please pull forward if you would like to adjust your trees.

Please note the following:

  • Do not enter the DNR Forestry's main building for tree information, they will not be able to help with your tree pick-up.
  • Stay in your vehicle. Employees will load your trees for you.
  • Follow any instructions on the signs.
  • Depending on your purchase you may receive large boxes or simple bags filled with your trees (Example: You can hold 25 Crabapples in one hand, but 25 Pine transplants will take up most of a small backseat). Make sure your cargo area has enough room. Line your trunk with a tarp if you do not want spillage.
  • If you plan on making additional purchases it is preferred you bring your checkbook. Employees will not be able to make change at this location nor do we take credit cards.
  • Due to COVID-19: If you are ill or have a compromised immune system,  please send a healthy relative, neighbor or friend in your place. If you cannot pick up your trees during our pick-up time-frame please call our office.

We thank you for your understanding and patience!

If you have any further questions, please call our office.
