We love our streamline pick-up process!

We are asking you to please stay in your vehicle when you arrive as we are trying to streamline pick-up as much as possible. State the name on your order form to the employee there and we will grab your trees for you. We will then place your trees in your truck bed or trunk. Please pull forward if you would like to adjust your trees.

Please note the following:

  • Staff will not be available prior to 2:00PM on May 1st. Do not expect to receive your trees before then.
  • Stay in your vehicle. Employees will load your trees/flowers for you. You do not need to enter the storage facility.
  • Follow any instructions on the signs.
  • DNR Forestry employees will not be able to help you with your tree pick up. Unless you have other business, you do not need to enter the DNR Forestry's main office.
  • Depending on your purchase you may receive boxes or simple bags filled with your trees. Flowers come in plant flats. (Example: You can hold 25 bareroot Crabapples in one hand, but it's possible that 25 Pine transplants might need both arms). Make sure your cargo area has enough room. Line your trunk with a tarp if you do not want spillage. Trailers are only needed if you have purchased a large amount of tree tubes.
  • Bring your checkbook. Employees will not be able to make change at this location nor do we take credit cards. If you plan on making additional purchases or for some reason have not paid for your order we recommend exact cash or checks.
  • We highly recommend you do not wait past the pick-up dates to get your plants. The longer you wait to get your trees/flowers, the lower the chance of survival they may have.
  • If you absolutely cannot pick up your trees/flowers during the scheduled pick-up dates, please call our office to schedule an appointment. Any pick ups after the pick-up dates are by appointment only.
  • All pick-up dates may be subject to change. We will notify you by email if any changes occur as calling over 100 people proves difficult.
  • Check our Facebook for extra tree sales. We do not know what or if we will have any extra trees until May 1st. We will not have extra flowers. We will be posting any extra trees to our Facebook page:  https://www.facebook.com/ClearwaterSWCDMN

We thank you for your understanding and patience!

If you have any further questions, please call our office.
